Q What is Achieve Cash Back? Achieve Cash Back offers are digital incentives (like coupons) that are linked to your AchieveCard account. Merchants in the Achieve Cash Back network link these digital incentives to your account for you to enjoy at their restaurants, stores or places of business. To redeem an Achieve Cash Back offer, simply make a qualifying purchase at the participating merchants' in-store and/or online locations. Make sure to check the expiration date for the offer, as they are only available for a set amount of time!


Q Who runs the Achieve Cash Back program? Brought to you in conjunction with AchieveCard, the Achieve Cash Back program is powered by edo Interactive, a pioneer in the digital incentive space.


Q How do I register to receive Achieve Cash Back offers? Your AchieveCard account is automatically signed up for Achieve Cash Back offers. You do not have to do anything! To receive the weekly emails of new offers, just make sure that you have a valid email address on file with your AchieveCard account.


Q How many times can I redeem an Achieve Cash Back offer? An Achieve Cash Back offer is available one time per offer.


Q Does it matter if I run my AchieveCard as credit or debit to redeem the Achieve Cash Back offer? No, the offer will be applied regardless of how you run your card.


Q Will I still receive AchieveRewards points for purchases that qualify for Achieve Cash Back? Yes, you will earn AchieveRewards points, plus receive Achieve Cash Back savings when you redeem Achieve Cash Back offers.


Q How do I know what Achieve Cash Back offers are available to me? When a new offer is available, you can find out in two different ways.

  1. Visit the Achieve Cash Back page on www.achievecard.com
  2. Receive weekly emails from AchieveCard with new weekly offers

Q How do I redeem an Achieve Cash Back offer? To redeem an Achieve Cash Back offer, simply make a qualifying purchase at the participating merchants' in-store and/or online locations. Make sure to check the expiration date for the offer, as they are only available for a set amount of time!


Q How do I know when an Achieve Cash Back offer as been redeemed successfully? An email and/or SMS text message will be sent to confirm your redemption once the credit has been posted to your AchieveCard account.


Q How long will it take to receive my savings? Your Achieve Cash Back savings will be posted to your AchieveCard account within 2 business days of the qualifying purchase.


Q Why don't I see any Achieve Cash Back information on my paper receipt? The Achieve Cash Back system is not tied directly to the merchant's point-of-sale system, so there will not be any information about your redemption on your receipt or invoice.


Q What if my Achieve Cash Back offer did not work? First, please check to see that your purchase met all qualifying criteria (e.g., minimum purchase amount, active within the specified dates, correct store location, and correct card if you have more than one card registered). Also, make sure that you have allowed at least 2 business days for the credit to post. If you feel that your purchase has in fact qualified for an Achieve Cash Back redemption, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-486-0273.


Q How do I receive my Achieve Cash Back credit? Your Achieve Cash Back will be automatically credited to your AchieveCard account within 2 business days.
